I have a vaillant ecoTech boiler and when I turn the cold water tap on in the bathroom, warm water comes out this happens for about a minute before i get cold water flow. Can you advise if this is normal please.
lag your hot water pipe if possible to stop HEAT transference most pipes are run close together to look neat but this can cause HEAT to transfer to other pipes
similar problem can occur where water pipes run behind the gas cooker and no water is draw off for a bit( we have this occurrence in our house)
