decodeing?

you need the name of the radio and then you need to remove
the radio and look for ,ie if the radio is a philips the long id
number will start with a rn and it will be around 12 digits long
then take the info to your local renault garage and they should
be able to get your code from the computer or they will have to
fax,they also might charge for this information.
