Mend Creda D010E Oven Electric Appliance

Creda D010E oven not heating up ;o(?

Please can anybody help???
Last year we bought a house together with D010E electric fan oven. The oven does not work -the fan works but does not heat up. Other part of the oven (grill) works fine. I have seen on the back in the right corner a sign of burning. Please advise what might the problem and how can be solved?
