IF your fan is working and the oven light is on and there is no heat when you open the door after a couple of minutes it means the oven element has packed in and needs to be replaced. If you are technical you can buy them online from 4beko or currys. BUT make sure that you are out of warranty because BEKO will repair it for free if it is still valid. :-D
