Hi if the heater just blows out cold or luke warm it may have a blockage in the heater matrix, under the bonnet to the right hand side at the back you will see 2 hoses that go through the vehicle into the heater matrix, take these off and blow through the pipes with a jet wash and this may solve your heating issues.
