how to remove iveco daily 7.5ton. speed limiter?

how can the speed limiter be adjusted or removed the one we have is a 2005 registered uk

The law only applies to commercial vehicles, not to private vehicles (e.g. motorhomes). My speed limiter has never been checked on an MOT.

james, Uk limit for vehicle over 3.5t us actually 60mph. its only 56 because of the EU.
you go to a dealer, you can have the limiter upped to 63, but only use it within UK under domestic rules. 90kmh all other times.

You are allowed to remove it. The speed limiter is only required for commercial vehicles. I have a 75E18 motorhome and do not need a speed limiter. I too am looking to remove it.

you are not allowed to remove it, any vehicle over 3.5 ton after i think 1997 has by law to be limited to 56mph, if you take it off and get pulled by the police or vosa you will get done for it and it will also not pass its mot as they check to make sure they work.
