Where can I buy replacement springs for my Barcalounger reclining sofa? ?

Center section is fixed but the two ends recline. Like so many others, our springs have sprung and reclining is very difficult.

I saw one answer by Nikki July 2008 who indicated that a set of springs could be purchased from Barcalounger for $20, but I have been unable to get contact information in order to place an order! Barcalounger.com is absolutely no help!
