Broken Eco Care Washing Machine?

I've got a Beko Eco Care 1210. I think it's broken as it doesn't seem to drain. I cam e home from work one day to find it still on - that means it would have been on for 12 hours! I turned it off at the mains then turned it on again and it didn't drain the water away. Any tips at all?

remove the filter and then shine a torch in to the filter housing.at the back you will see the drain pump impellor.make sure nothing is jamming it and make sure it rotates freely.
