can anybody help? i recently drove in the freezing conditions (-10) and my vauxhall zafira washer wiper tank froze and did not work. after numerous attempts to get the washer to work it fell silent i think the fuse has either blown or the washer motor may have burnt out - if this is the case do i just change the fuse or seek garage assistance?
yes this has just happend to me and i ve put a new fuse n and thank god its working

10amp washer fuse blows under any sort of load. A mechanic friend suggested replacing it with a 15 amp fuse.

i had the same problem also the boot wouldnt open i was told that when trying to use the washer when frozen it will blow the fuse i changed my fuse cost me 20p and now everythings fine
