my triton t80xr has just stopped working?

My triton t80xr unit has stopped working mid shower. the power light is glowing but when the unit main switch is turned on the light goes out and no water. I have checked the water pressure and also the main fuse on the consumer unit - can anyone help please

you have a broken neutral at some point along the circuit. could be in the shower or at the pull switch or at the board
