how can i fix my 29" grundig tv?

my problem with my tv is that it simply doesn't work.to elaborate - i plug the cable in and press the button and nothing happens.
i tried moving it to other electricity points arround the house but it stays the same.
simply won't turn on, so if you can help me i'll appreciate it.

Model is usually a single letter followed by a 4-digit number.
Chassis is number usually begininning CUC####.
