how can i fix my prism portable dvd player?

Prism is actually a Coby US product. I have the same problem as you mentioned and tried the fix they suggested. That is, to switch off and diconnect the player for 30 minutes and then reset it to default. But unfortunately it didnt work for me. I bought this a couple of months back from Wollworths!!! if you do find another solution to this, please post it here
