How can I fix my JCM Gold G-211?

The cash register due to problematic handling by my relatives has lost the program for adding.....o_0 Is there a way to fix this? If not, how do I reboot the system?

I'm using the model of cash register, but the key pad can't work properly after I replace the cartridge. For example, when I type 155 and press cash tend, the number shows on the receipte is 044, can you please tell why does it happened?

Mark, If I just had my battery replaced and it had been working perfectly, but also due to someone fiddling around with the programming, I need to reprogram, how do I do that?
