Fit new seal on Beko wmb10w Eashing machine?

I have got a new seal for my beko wmb10w washing machine. I took off the old seal and have two retaining clips, one is a spring type and the other a wire type with a small spring clip. Which one goes to the back nearest the drum and which one for the front. also which way round does the seal go. There is a flat piece protruduing from part of the seal, does this go inside or outside and up or down? thanks, Mark
