No Hot taps working?

I have 3hot taps,downstairs & upstairs bathrooms and kitchen,all will turn on fully,cold water comes out and eventually slows from a trickle to nothing.my cold taps work fine.we have had harsh freezing conditions lately and I was away 4a week so not using any taps.this is problem on my return.
