The motor, belt and belt pulley all turn but the drum doesn't. What is the cause? Is it possibly the shaft connecting the pulley and drum and is it worth repairing as the machine is 7 years old?
machine stops working when it gets to certain programe numbers. click to next number in wash sequence and it starts again. any ides on what i need to replace?

if you turn the drum by hand and hold the pulley at the back , do they turn together if not then your spindle could be cracked
