Mend Hotpoint Machine Error Water

How can I fix my washing machine? Hotpoint washer?

My washing machine (hotpoint) will only spin. It has an error message which looks like EEEEEE. No water is going into the machine and it automatically goes into a spinning mode. Is there anything that I can do or do I need an engineer to look at it? Does it sound like there is a blockage why it will not allow in the water?

hi angela,remove the power supply,then remove the lid,look to the right of the machine,there should be a round switch with a small hose leading down to the drum,remove the hose & blow down the hose to clear any obstruction then re-assemble,hope this work's,and best of luck
