How do I fix my LG GRL206CPQA?

I have the same problem with my LG american fridge freezer. The fridge side is freezing all my food and the freezer is not making ice and it is not cold enough to freeze the food. This has had new parts fitted, but still not repaired. I am at a loss to why this is still not fixed......Does anyone have an answer???
