I think you will find that the clutch is cable operated not hydraulic

If you are having to top up the fluid level in the master cylinder you have a leak somewhere, most probably the slave cylinder, a cheap fix, if it's the master cylinder, a more expensive fix. It needs to be fixed as it will only get worse, and you could finf yourself stranded without a clutch.
