I have the same problem but that didn't solve it, does anyone know how to take the front of the machine door off?

Hi Clare , firstly find the mains plug and switch it off , then wait for about five minutes for door catch to reset itself , then with palm off hand bang on the front of the machine by the lock and you should br able to open it , hope this helps
