How can I fix my Dishlex 450? ?

The soap dispenser will not open during a cycle

Jane, I had the same problem with this 450 and spent hours looking for an answer. Someone suggested just pop the soap cube in with the plates and shut the door. I have been doing that for months and it works perfectly. No need to fix the door ever!
