pottereton combi 80?

i have pottereton combi 80 boiler central heating working fine,when i turn the hot water tap on the boiler lockes out and everything stops working,to turn the boiler on i have to turn the electric switch off and on after few seconds its comes on, its happening all the time,if anyone can let me know what this fault is,i would appreciate your help. thankyou
