We checked our pump as you recommend and it is clear. Disconnected wires from diverter valve and washer will drain on permanent press cycle with wires disconnected. Is it the washer control? If so, how do you replace this item. We hope it is something else since that part costs a lot and is not returnable. Thanks!
Sorry but I don't quite understand your problem. Your heading says won't drain but then you say it will drain on permanent press. On normal wash and with wires all in place what happens & when? What did you check on the drain pump?
