Hi just wondering if anybody can help, in my office the heaters only run luke warm in the mornings when the offices are freezing cold, despite the fact we are setting them at full storage the night before, however they do have capabilities of becoming hot as they become unbearably hot in the afternoons are there any internal timers which could need adjusting ?
sounds like the time clock is out of sync and is coming on during the day instead of at night

See if you can download a user manual from Dimplex website. the heaters will have all sorts of baffles and release flaps in them to give out heat on demand. Normally , these get cold later on. rather than earlier. You need the book.
