I have a kenmore 82873820 and I was washing pillows. I was thinking the belt might have gotten off track. The washer will agitate but not drain or spin. It did sound like the timer was running but then it stopped. Please help!!!
have youchecked the pump, normally at the bottom,sometimes asock orsmall itemgets stuck behind a hair grip, nail, e.t.c.ifwater cant get past thisit cannotcontinue to spin cycle,hope this helps!
