The hot tap in my kitchen sink has no water coming out of it at all. All of the other taps in the house are working fine. The problem slowly got worse - water supply turned into a trickle before stopping completely. Any suggestions?
1) the hot tap rubber washer has either gone all gooey/sticky and is now stuck on the seat area,
2) or it has swollen, preventing lifting when turned on , a new washer will cure,
