take the filter out (bottom right).shine a torch inside the filter housing and check there is nothing jammed in the drain pump impeller.water will pour out.If the waste hose connects under a sink remove it from stub and hold in to a bucket whilst shaking it.Could be a faulty pump or even a pcb board fault
