I forgot my password to log into my hp omnibook 6100

There is a small flat battery somewhere inside the laptop, on the motherboard which stores information like passwords, usernames, time and date.. etc..

If you get to it, remove it and then place it back after 5 minutes or so.. Switch on the laptop as usual, you wont need the the password to log into your hp..
