washing machine stuck on pause?

hi i have a whirlpool awo 3560 and the pause start light keeps flashing no matter what program the washing machine is on so noting works please help my head is wreaked and cant afford repair or new one

no still no joy still wont work the stard pause light just keeps flashing

Check you haven't pressed the rinse hold button, my other half is always doing it.

Otherwise you may have a blocked sensor pipe, look on side of pump for skinny pipe ;disconnect ;trace pipe to sensor at top of washer ;disconnect ; clean ;make sure you can blow down pipe
