SAMSUNG REPAIR?

I HAVE A SAMSUBG HLT-5087SAX/XAA. I GET AUDIO, NO VIDEO. THERE IS 300V OUT OF POWER SUPPLY. WHEN I DISCONNECT RED LEAD FROM LED COLOR GENERATION THE LED ON POWER BOARD SHOWS BLUE. PLUG IT BACK IN IT SHOWS RED.
