rsmmc nokia 6680 faulty?

hi wonder if anyone can help me i have a nokia 6680 with a rsmmc it now has a fault the phone is telling me that their is no memory card inserted , also when i put the card into my card reader on my pc all i get is not responding and the drive is not opening card any help would be greatfully appreciated as i need the data from this card asap i use my tomtom application on a daily basis without it im stuffed please please help me somebody ,anybody thankyou thankyou thankyou
