I have bought a astra SXI 2007?

I have bought a astra SXI 2007, which is frontal damage and airbags have gone off. I am having starting problems when you turn the key the car does'nt turn, the hazard lights come on instead.... Any ideas where I should look as I have tried nothing as yet......

most cars now have a fuel cut of conected through the air bag ecu which cant be reset with diagnostic equiptment, dealers just want yoy to replace it.
i found a guy in morcame who can reprogram air bag ecu's he is very helpfull and the last one he done for me was a renault modus which was back in 2 days.
