Mend Dell Inspiron Laptop Battery Charging

Did anyone get their Dell Inspiron battery fixed?

I just noticed that my not yet one year old Dell battery isn't charging either...it is at 0%. How can I get this fixed?? If it can be fixed. This is so disgusting. Now I know why my husband went with Toshiba, I wish I had.
