CD won't play?

I have a Bush LSF04 cd/radio player. When I press the Power button, the green light comes on and when I press Play, -- comes up and the disc goes round then it goes to 00 and the cd stops. I can't set it play track 1 as it automatically does as I've described above.

Can anyone please advise?
