LOOKING FOR PERSONS WITH THE PLANS IN DETAIL OF HOW TO:?

Apparently the engine in my vauxhall zafira is completely knacker ed according to this dodgy mechanic i hired to just fix the coolant leak he ended up working on the car for 6 weeks and eventually came back to me saying that its the engine thats broke and would have to buy a second hand one.
I AM LOOKING FOR PERSONS WITH THE PLANS IN DETAIL OF HOW TO:

TAKE APART A VAUXHALL ZAFIRA (99-05) COMFORT ENGINE APART FROM START TO FINISH OR ANYONE GOT ANY SUGGESTIONS
All the car is doing now is when i switch on the engine black smoke comes out mixed sometimes with white and it stinks

Get yourself a Haynes workshop manual, £20 from halfords, bookshops, online etc.

Check that it covers your engine, you dont say what it is.
As Des says, check the engine number against the number in the V5 document, the guy sounds proper dodgy.

did it smoke before this person had it? these symptoms seem a little bit extreme for what started as a coolant leak. have it checked by someone trustworthy. check the engine number to see if you still have your original engine in it. you would be amazed at what some people do.
