Replacement of broken cord mechanism in a roller blind?

The cord mechanism is split and as a consequence the it is stuck and the cord will not lift the blind up or down. This happened with another blind when still under warrantee and a repair man replaced the mechanism in the blind. Can you tell me where I can by replacement cord mechanisms?

If it is a Hunter douglas/Luxaflex blind you would buy the replacement from a store that sells blinds or even a store that makes curtains/drapes will get one in for you. Take the part in with you
