i mean derestrict has been taking out if just had a new carb so the mixture is fine need some help plz

when you say the washer took out from around the variator what do you mean?as they dont have a washer like a zip or typhoon has but instead they have a large round ddisc that goes right on the back of the variator where the rollers are and you take that off the derestrict it,it should do at least 50 if its running ok and the mixture is good
