hi nicola to change the security code press reset and make sure that the day light is on and then press PROG NOW PUT IN YOUR NUMBER AND PRESS 8ZONE 1234 SHOULD BE LIT AND NOW PUT IN YOUR NEW NUMBER ? ? ? ? and press reset 2 times now the alarm should work on the new number good luck
