22 horse power honda riding mower wont move, it starts,the blade spins ,but wont move ..friend says it needs hydrostatic fluid,that he put a quart in ,but not certain if it was enough.. cause it still wont move,, and i have a subaru generator that runs but wont throw out electricity,what to do, what to do???
