my machine did the same thing but, alas, it was because the two gears for running the machine had disintegrated and new ones needed to be installed. Look at the mechanics under the machine and make sure everything is as it should be.

Hello Dala,
You have probably done nothing wrong, all machine can go out of time very easily whgich it sounds as though yours has, I can attach timing instructions if you email me, type my address as you say it not as you see it.
