power light flashing?

nick this is the most easiest question ive herd for an alarm engineer you should know this but nick is right dont get mess with the mains but this is to do with the mains on the left hand side of the panel or right there should be a black pull out fuse which is where the mains connects in pull that out and check the fuse has not gone because this can happen if it has then in the panel the veritas series have spair fuses take one and replace if still no diffrence then check your fuse box for any tripped fuses

Michelle, you need to find out why you have no mains at the control panel first. Please do not get too involved as electricity is dangerous.
