golf bag repair?

I have a Bennington 10 inch cart golf bag that has a damage internal circular body tube that support the clubs. I need to have it replaced, reattached or repaired at the top of the bag.
This is the best designed bag I have ever seen.

Probably any Driving range/proshop would carry out the repair but would require ordering of that part of the bag from manufacturer possibly. If you are member of a club, the resident pro might carry out repairs like this. Good luck
