how can i fix matsui mwm145w?

my washing machine got stuck in cycle and was sitting on play mode she wont spin or do anything so i drained it and took clothes out and turned it off but when i turn it on it wont play or anything

I have had the same problem - the cycles do not complete. Engineer checked everything, said its all fine, we even replaced the electronic card but to no avail. Machine still spins and drains but it has to be done manually. Can anyone help?
