heater problem on astra n reg?

my girlfriend has just asked me why her heater is not blowing warm..i have had a cheack all the fuses but the problem seem to be elsewhere
it is a n reg astra 1.4

any directions would be a great help

if blower is working just not getting hot, check both pipes going into bulkhead are hot when engine warm. if other coolant pipes hot and plenty of coolant in system, then heater matrix might be blocked up. will require flushing out with hose pipe.
