The panel lights on my 190e are dim?

I have a 1991 190e Automatic. Recently, the panel lights and the lights illuminating the front and back side windows have dimmed when in use. They are not completely extinguished, just noticably dimmer. I do not think that this model has a dimmer switch, or does it? Can you suggest a remedy please?
