How can I fix my Diploman ADP8352?

My integrated dishwasher is part of a fitted kitchen. I switched it on a couple of weeks ago and it seemed to do a cycle, then beeped once instead of 6 times. Now only the on/off switch can be switched on - programs cannot be set. Engineer not sure what it is. Ordered new parts (computer boards) but still won't go. Has anyone else had this problem?
