it has got fule had the carb off and cleand it out with air line cleand plug up but it keeps geting black

they do that when they are running out of fuel, the fast running is just before it dies as its getting weaker and weaker then it runs out of fuel completly and stops.you may have a fuel tap problem or a carb problem also it could be the tank getting a vaccum in it

have you checked the plug and made sure thats not all crapy? if it is, put a new one in and you mite have to play around with the idleing screw on the carb untill it idles at a reasonable rpm.
