"Service light" blinking on keypad?

I have a Main Control C&K System Inc, model System 230M.
On the keypad all light are ok but the "service light" is blinking and I think that is locking my system. Unit won't take the master PIN. Please help me. Thank you.

Call the original installer. They have activated the service timer. Without their code you may not be able to reset the system ever!
