Where to send my iron to be repaired?

My E-03M Iron has rusted on the bottom and is spitting out rusty water. I've had it for a while, but I have never heard of an iron rusting. Shouldn't an iron be warranted against this? I live in Mobile, AL Where is the closet place to send it?
