Can't stop chime sounding (XL6)?

How can we stop the internal alarm "chiming" when we open the front door.

It was fine before we went away but someone looking after the house has messed up!

hi keith you should be able to stop the chime by pressing the chime button then 0 and wait a few seconds and it should reset to normal
